Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.


We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days via PostNL or China Post from our various of warehouses in Netherlands & China

We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Please note that during holidays (i.e. Christmas) please allow longer times for dispatch. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of your item(s)

Returns / Cancellation

  • Orders that are damaged should be pictured (for evidence purposes) and disposed of and we will provide A replacement.
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on underwear. For sanitary reasons returns and exchanges are not allowed. Once an order is submitted to we will not be able to make any changes.

    Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. Please be sure that all details in your order are correct before submitting your order for processing.
