The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition that the item was received in, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Please package your items securely and choose a tracked or registered delivery service to return your items to us.

Initial shipping charge and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Please note that it takes 3 to 5 days for us to process a return or exchange upon receipt at the warehouse. Any merchandise returned to us that does not match what was shipped to you will not be returned to you.
